armanrugs.com ships its packages with UPS ground service. For our US customers, free shipping is available for all states except for the following: There will be delivery costs when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, & the US Virgin Islands.

We ship only to the billing address on your credit card. (please verify your billing address before placing your order for faster service). if you use a P.O. BOX as your main billing address,call your credit card company and have them include your home address as a secondary address for the card. At the same time, you may want to go ahead and place your order with us. You may include the secondary address in the comment area of the shopping cart.

Return Policy

If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it for a full refund or exchange.

• The customer has 30 days to exchange for the same price or more rug with no restocking fee.
• The customer has 14 days to keep before returning the goods for full refund.
• For returns use Armanrugs FedEx account, please contact our customer service to arrange for return shipping.
• All rugs must be in their original condition.
• No damaged or stained rugs will be accepted.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
