- The customer has 30 days to exchange for the same price or more rug with no restocking fee.
- The customer has 14 days to keep before returning the goods for full refund.
- The Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- For returns, you may use Armanrugs FedEx account, please contact our customer service to arrange for return shipping.
- All rugs must be in their original condition.
- No damaged or stained rugs will be accepted.
