Q- How do you ship the goods & shipping costs?
A- Shipping is free.

Q- How do I view my orders?
A- From homepage of sites, under the customer service select my account and enter your email
address and your password. On the bottom of the page you can see your order/billing history.

Q- There is a dark line across the rug, is it a stain?
A- No, some of Persian rugs have been folded for a long time and the bent fibers reflect light at a different angle that looks darker. This is only temporary and will be return to normal with use after a while.
